Today I noticed an ad on Seek: an expanding company was looking for a "Skilled Filemaker Developer to enhance and maintain our current database."
I realized that exactly the same ad was placed by the same company 2 years ago.
Who knows what happened the first time they tried to find a developer. Whatever the case, I know it's easy to put off developing a solution because of cost, inconvenience or perhaps not being able to find the right developer.
Not putting the right solution in place can seriously limit an otherwise healthy business.
